Moreton Bay is one of Australia's faster growing urban regions ...

Located between Brisbane City and the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay is one of Australia's fastest growing urban regions with its population forecasted to grow by over 40 percent to more than 645,000 by 2036.

The Moreton Bay region is a diverse area, spanning more than 2,037 square kilometres and boasting everything from rural townships and urban centres to coastal villages. The region's rural land is used mainly for dairy farming, timber production, beef cattle, mixed farming and tropical fruit growing.

Along with important water supply catchments, this area also boasts pristine environmental areas including mountain ranges, coastal wetlands, national parks and state forests.

Residents enjoy easy access to award-winning medical centres, leisure infrastructure, thriving business precincts, vibrant entertainment options, cultural and community hubs. A vast number of dining options include restaurants, cafes and of course ‘fish and chip’ shops.

Moreton Bay has a strong and connected community that enjoys the benefits of close proximity to the Brisbane CBD and a lifestyle that's second to none!
